Commentary/Opinion

As of April 11, 2015, no retractions or corrections have been sought. communicated, or requested by Christopher T. Swanenburg or his attorney D. Hayden Fisher, nor have any lawsuits been filed since A Lacrosse Story? was first published on July 10, 2014. The Moreno’s represented themselves in a civil lawsuit in which Fisher was the plaintiffs’ attorney and Swanenburg was the only witness that quoted Mr. Moreno with an alleged statement of defamation. Mr. Moreno contends that Swanenburg’s alleged account of a phone conversation with Mr. Moreno was a finely crafted false statement precipitating a lawsuit that was tried on July 8th & 9th of 2014.

Pair of Vexatious Jackasses

Swanenburg’s obsessive legal campaign against Boward as well as his involvement in the case below effectively shows that in the opinion of many, he has shown himself as a person that has no honesty, has no integrity, and will do whatever he thinks he needs to do to manipulate, misrepresent, or distort facts to fuel his megalomaniacal ego at the expense of others.

Swanenburg’s association with Fisher is potentially telling given that Fisher has shown himself to be a person who apparently also lacks integrity and honesty, and essentially gives all reputable lawyers a bad name. They appear to be nothing more than a pair of vexatious jackasses whose actions will undoubtedly become their legacy. If in fact it was reputation that they were suing for, than it now appears they have been successful as their bad reputations now appear to be indelibly embedded in the minds of many.
